To-do list module
The to-do list module is a classic application to manage tasks and chores. It lets you assign priorities, due dates, categories, etc.

How to use
Create a task by clicking on the
New button. All fields are optional except the Subject.
Delete a task by selecting it (left mouse click) and pressing the
Delete button.
You can mark a task as completed by clicking on the box next to it. You can filter your tasks using the Filter menu.
Recurring tasks
Tasks can be made recurrent. For example if you need to compile statistics every first Monday of the month, this would be a recurring task.
How to make a recurring task
Create or open a task as usual, and type-in relevant informations. Then click on the Make recurrent button. Choose which type of recurrence you prefer and fill-in relevant informations. You'll have to define a starting date for the recurrence, and if you need to, an end to it as well. Once recurrence is defined, validate and close ("Update" or "Create") the task window.
A recurrent task that is marked as completed will stay visible, while a new uncompleted one will spawn. The original Start date and Due date will automatically be shifted to the next occurrence. Recurring tasks have a
icon displayed next to them.
Managing multiple lists and tasks feeds
To help you handle lots of tasks, you can assign one or multiple categories (tags) to each task and organize or filter your tasks by categories. If you however need more ways to organize your tasks, you can create (and subsequently delete) multiple lists by using the Lists menu. Once created, lists are quickly accessed using tabs.
You can subscribe to lists published online provided they are in the iCalendar or Atom format (the former being preferable). To subscribe to a list, simply choose the "Add new feed" in the Lists menu and enter the feed URL and a name for it. The feed will then be accessible like your own lists, as a tab (but will be read-only of course).
Printing, exporting, sharing
Printing all tasks in the current list is done simply by clicking the
Print button. You can share one or several tasks with the
Share button: it lets you email tasks as an iCalendar attachment.
You can export tasks using the
Export menu. Export formats include:
- PDF, a format used by Adobe Acrobat that can be easily saved, emailed, printed, etc. See Export to PDF for more informations on the different options.
- iCalendar, the standard for calendaring software (this works on one or several tasks at once)
- MS Excel
