Contacts are grouped by pages (10 contacts per page by default, this can be changed in the options). You can switch from one page to another by clicking the forward, backward, first or last buttons. You can search someone directly by typing part of its name in the search bar.

Printing, exporting, sharing

Printing contacts is done simply by clicking the printer.png Print button. Sharing contacts with transmit.png Share button lets you email contacts' informations as a vCard attachment (a standard recognized by most email software and organizers).

You can export one or several selected contacts using the database_save.png Export menu. Export formats include:

  • PDF, a format used by Adobe Acrobat that can be easily saved, emailed, printed, etc. See Export to PDF for more informations on the different options.
  • vCard, the standard for personnal information. This is supported by most software (Mozilla Thunderbird, MS Outlook, Google Mail, etc.)
  • .contact, the MS Windows Vista native format for contact's informations. You can put the file directly in your own "Contacts" folder. If several contacts are exported at once, all files will be bundled in a single ZIP file.

All above function can process one or several contacts at once.
